Kelly Criterion is applied to suggest appropriate stake sizing relative to your bankroll. GPT-4o-mini is used only to translate the math output into plain-English explanations — the picks themselves are 100% model-driven.

You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Account → Billing section inside the app. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain full access until then. If you run into any issues, email us at administration@parlaywizard.app and we'll sort it out manually.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The link expires after 60 minutes. If you still can't get in, email us and we'll verify your identity and restore access directly.

No model is right 100% of the time — variance is real, especially in parlays. We publish our full performance record across all seven pick tiers, including the ones that are in a drawdown. EdgeEngine is designed to generate positive expected value over a large sample, not to win every slip.
